The Global NGO Technology Report, sponsored by the Public Interest Registry and researched by Nonprofit Tech for Good, is an annual research project that seeks to gain a better understanding of how NGOs use technology – web and email communications, online fundraising tools, social media, mobile technology, and data management and security software. Now in its third edition, the primary goal of this year’s report is to provide an updated set of technology benchmarks for NGOs worldwide. The findings of this report (and its sister report – Global Trends in Giving) are meant to help NGOs determine if they are effectively using technology to inspire philanthropy and achieve their mission and programs. The report is available here.
