After the end of the six-month Croatian presidency of the Council of the European Union and the publication of the official report of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, justified questions and criteria for measures have been raised regarding Croatia’s failure to comply the important task in the midst of one of the biggest crises. The purpose of the analysis is to contribute to an objective and impartial debate on the success of the Presidency of the Council of the EU and to encourage more active involvement of civil society, the media and the general public in monitoring the success of the management of European affairs in Croatia.
