As part of its activities as sub-regional secretariat for the CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness (CPDE) for the Balkan region, BCSDN participated on a face-to-face training for the indicator Two (CSO Enabling Environment) of the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation (GPEDC), which took place in Nairoby, Kenya, from 30 January – 1 February. The three-day training, which included around 20 national and regional focal points from Europe, Africa and Asia, aimed to provide guidance and methodology overview for the upcoming third round of monitoring of progress in development effectiveness commitments for the GPEDC that will be initiated in the second quarter of 2018. This monitoring process is country-led and is a crucial process within the GPEDC. Read more here.
