Young policy experts and/or civic activists from Central Europe and the Eastern Partnership countries with proven track record of policy analysis and/or civil society engagement are invited to apply for the German Marshall Fund of the United States new fellowship program launched last year. A year-long non-resident fellowship, including two workshops on policy research and writing and a stipend of USD 4.500 for the entire fellowship, are offered for concrete projects for innovative policy research and/or effective civil society engagement that address the current and coming challenges for Central and Eastern Europe.
