CfP: IPA 2009 Supporting Access to Rights, Employment and Livelihood Enhancement of Refugees and IDPS in Serbia (Deadline 11.11.2010)

The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia is seeking proposals which focus on providing durable solutions for refugees and IDPs, enhancement of their living conditions and employment in Serbia, with financial assistance from the IPA 2009 Programme. The specific objectives of the call for proposals are: enhanced livelihood of IDP and refugee families through improvement of economic self-reliance, provision of residential facilities for the most vulnerable categories of refugees and IDPs and sustainable return encouragement and facilitation. Any grant awarded under this Call for Proposals must fall between the amounts of 250 000 minimum and 500 000 Euros maximum for the LOT 1: Economic self reliance. The LOT 2: Improvement of living conditions should be between 1.000.000 EUR and 1.500.000 EUR. The LOT 3: Sustainable return encouragement and facilitation mast fall between 1.000.000 EUR and 2.000.000 EUR. The planned duration of an action (for LOT 1, LOT 2, LOT 3) may not be lower than 15 months nor exceed 24 months. An applicant may not submit more than one application per LOT under this call for proposals and may not at the same time be partner in another application.
