CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness (CPDE) delivered its latest report as a part of the platform’s engagement to effective development cooperation and SDGs’ fulfillment. Through case studies delivered by individual countries, the publication analyzes the Effective Development Cooperation principles in COVID-19 response worldwide, outlining the government’s anti-COVID-19 measures and implications on CSOs’ work, CSO strategies, good practices, and recommendations towards pandemic’s response. The studies were earlier presented on regional and sectoral events, among which BCSDN organized a webinar to reflect on two examples from Europe- Albania and Armenia. On this occasion, BCSDN member Partners Albania has discussed its research on Effectiveness in COVID-19 response, focusing on the government’s preventive measures, the socio-economic impact, the ownership of the COVID-19 response, the inclusive partnership, as well as CSO advocacy amid COVID 19. They have also presented a positive example of PA and the National Resource Centre for Civil Society, which provided a support package of rapid support. Read more here.
