Quality assurances in the operation of civil society organizations is a requirement by all donors as well as by the very constituents and users of services and activities of the organization. Nevertheless, the introduction of quality management system in performance should be based on the nature and dynamics of the organization’s operation as well as the on the specific internal working processes.
