The Guidelines are composed of topics that intertwine with each other and affect organizations’ good governance and management. The Guidelines cover the most sensitive issues in terms of following the principles of good governance that have emerged from monitoring the work of grantees such as: organizational structure and clear separation of bodies of organizations, conflict of interest, human resource management resources, proper monitoring, and evaluation, as well as responsible financial operations. The guidelines aim to contribute to building the capacity for accountability and transparency of a broader range of CSOs. The Guidelines are prepared within the framework of the program “Sustainable Civil Society – State Funding of Civil Society Organizations”, implemented by MCIC in partnership with CNVOS from Slovenia and BCSDN. The program is funded by the European Union. Read more here.
