The recently published FT1P handbook by Civic Initiatives is the result of many years of effort in searching for an optimal model of administrative and financial performance of an organization. At the same time, it implies respecting all relevant regulations of the Republic of Serbia and specific donor requirements, as well as effective management of human resources within the team, so that the implementation of program activities will not be slowed down or overloaded with procedures. The Handbook was created in response to the real needs of civil society recognized during a three-year joint work with the TACSO office in Serbia. It aims to facilitate the daily functioning of CSOs, and therefore maintain the existing level of motivation for genuine civic activism, which is often conditioned by the overcoming of various administrative obstacles. The Handbook is available for download here.
