The Bulgarian Donors Forum was established in 2003 by CSOs. It is a constituent assembly of donor organizations active in Bulgaria with the goal to contribute to sustainable development of NGOs in Bulgaria through improving environment in which NGOs operate and strengthening own regulation and harmonizing donors' policies. Members of the Forum are charity organisations, socially-responsible companies that accept the Forum's Code of Ethics.

CSOs are active in the Donors Forums in information sharing through regular meetings, online platform and email groups.
