BCSDN Welcomes New Board Members

BCSDN is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its Board. Maja Stojanovic from Civic Initiatives and Snezhana Kamilovska Trpovska from Macedonian Center for International Cooperation has been elected to be part of the board, effective immediately, in line with the organization’s statute provisions.

Maja Stojanovic is a seasoned civil society activist with over 15 years of experience in the field. She has been an active member of Civic Initiatives since 2005 and has served as the organization’s Executive Director since 2018. Maja brings extensive expertise in advocacy, policy analysis, and project management to the BCSDN board, as well as a deep commitment to promoting civic space and strengthening civil society in the Balkans.

Snezhana Kamilovska Trpovska is a respected leader in the field of good governance and anti-corruption, with a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors. She has been a member of MCIC since 2017 and currently serves as  Project Offices in the organization. Snezhana’s expertise in policymaking, strategic advocacy, and stakeholder engagement will be invaluable to the BCSDN board as it works to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance across the region.

With the addition of Maja and Snezana, the BCSDN board now consists of 7 members, who together bring a wealth of diverse experiences and perspectives to the organization’s leadership. Please join us in welcoming Maja and Snezana to the BCSDN board and wishing them success in their new roles.
