DG ELARG is currently working on the proposal for the assistance to civil society (CS) for the years 2014-15 through the IPA II – Civil Society Facility and Media Programme 2014-15. With this regard, for a consultation round before entering the finalisation phase, the synthesis of the draft Country Programmes for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo and Macedonia, as well as the Multi-Country Programme, are available for download at the following link.
